Service terms

Scope and acceptance

Published prices are provisional offers for the stated scope. Services are subject to availability and a written quotation. An enquiry does not reserve dates or create an accepted project.

Payment and delivery

The usual starting arrangement is 50% upfront for projects and prepaid monthly retainers. The accepted quotation controls milestones, client inputs, deadlines, revisions, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements. External expenses and applicable taxes are additional unless included.

Corrections and changes

Errors in the agreed deliverables are corrected without additional charge. Changes to the original brief, extra revisions or additional work require agreement on a revised quote.

Sourcing and specialist services

Supplier research and coordination do not guarantee supplier performance, product quality or commercial results. Purchases remain the client’s decision. Physical inspection, testing, customs work and technical compliance require separately scoped qualified support. Any subcontracted contribution is disclosed before acceptance.
